Soy wax may naturally develop frosting. This is not a fault and does not affect the quality or performance of your candle.
Candle Safety
Always place your candle on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface before lighting.
Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use and keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and other debris.
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface where possible to help promote an even burn.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
Do not touch or move the jar while the candle is burning or while the wax and container remain hot.
Never burn the candle if the container is cracked, chipped or damaged.
Stop using the candle when approximately 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
Allow the candle and container to cool completely before handling.
