Soy wax may naturally develop frosting. This is not a fault and does not affect the quality or performance of your candles.
These candles are primarily designed for decorative use. If you choose to burn them, always follow the candle safety instructions supplied with your order.
Candle Safety
Remove each candle completely from the gift box and all packaging before lighting.
Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant candle plate or dish before lighting, as shaped candles may drip wax while burning.
Burn each candle with sufficient space between it and other candles, decorations or objects.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before lighting.
Due to the decorative and irregular shapes of these candles, the way they burn may vary and a complete, even burn cannot be guaranteed.
Allow wax and candle plates to cool completely before handling.
