Natural soy wax may develop frosting. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax, not a fault, and does not affect the quality or performance of your candle.
These candles are primarily designed for decorative use. If you choose to burn them, always follow the candle safety instructions supplied with your order.
Candle Safety
Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant candle plate or dish before lighting, as decorative pillar candles may drip wax while burning.
Remove all packaging and decorative materials before lighting.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before lighting.
Keep the wax and area around the wick free from matches, wick trimmings and other debris.
Due to the detailed decorative designs of these candles, the way they burn may vary and a complete, even burn cannot be guaranteed.
Allow the candle, melted wax and candle plate to cool completely before handling.
